And yes, very different then a sugar cookie, but then again, my style of sugar cookie is different then most people’s.
My grandma on dad’s side always has sugar cookies in her freezer so I think the main reason I love them is nostalgia. They’re super dry, super light, and MUST be dipped in either milk or water. They just need that moisture.
Most sugar cookies you’ll find are a little more cakey, and moist, and they have icing on top. (My grandmas do not have icing on top, just sugar sprinkled on them before they’re baked).
